SUMMARY:

We are looking to hire a Principal Compensation Analyst that will be responsible for analyzing, designing and administering employer compensation programs including base pay, long and short-term incentives for operations business areas. This includes leading various projects/processes of high complexity.

**Hybrid work schedule with in office commitments three days each week**

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead a major cyclical process or project for the enterprise. This may include but not limited to annual merit process, sales incentive, short and long term incentive, market review processes. Support business in in these processes.

* Develop pay practices/policies and structures that are consistent across the organization using external and internal factors.

* Responsible for external benchmarking ensuring data and processes are in place to maintain a competitive total compensation package.

* Conduct in depth analysis on job families in partnership with HR and business leaders. Partner with finance in order to be able to make recommendations.

* Perform job evaluations using internal and external data to assign appropriate job grade for assigned business unit.

* Provide consulting to HR and managers on pay decisions that are appropriate based on the employee's role, experience, performance and peer equity.

* Research compensation trends in the market.

QQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in related field

* 8 years of experience in compensation

* Considerable versatility in applying specialized technical knowledge and interpersonal skills in a wide variety of situations

* Possess knowledge across a wide variety of compensation models, systems and past applications

* Excellent project management skills

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

* 2-4 years of operations and/or manufacturing compensation experience

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
