What you'll do:

• Supervises the Quality Technician group, setting goals and performing performance reviews
• Actively performs testing, working with chemicals as needed
• Assigns incoming requests, ensures timely turnaround, and proactively communicates schedule changes
• Trains Quality Technicians on test equipment and related methods and QMS documents
• Supports the safety, chemical management and QMS programs, and ensures active participation by the group
• Works with Document Control to ensure that documentation is complete and accurate, and that records are stored in a timely manner, in accordance with QMS requirements
• Participates on project teams to develop test plans / generates and distributes test reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; will consider Associate degree and applicable experience

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience
• 3-5 years of testing experience
• Experience in a regulatory environment is preferred
• Experience in a medical device environment is a plus
