Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer (Roving) to join our team in Minneapolis!

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
  • Respond to tenant requests.
  • Process work orders, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Must have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of strong HVAC service experience in a commercial environment. You will have a clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 100 lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

You will really stand out if you have:

  • An HVAC technical degree.
  • Electrical, plumbing and building automation controls experience.
