As a Shift Lead, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and supervising our team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to guarantee seamless shifts and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience/training in a premier restaurant or banquet facility; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
