Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is looking for a Solutions Specialist - Healthcare to support our healthcare clients &Account Management teams!

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and manage best practices and methodologies for successful health care engagements to include Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) engagements throughout the customer life cycle
• Partner closely with sales to understand current and future opportunities within the Healthcare vertical and the skill sets needed to successfully support clients
• Act as a liaison to current and future clients in the Venture Healthcare portfolio to ensure both parties are in compliance with all healthcare/CMS best practices
• Partner with both production and IT to refine workflows to conform with best practices
• Build and maintain strong client interactions based upon credibility, communication and trust
• Work with Director of Account Management to identify opportunities within the business
• Strong presentation skills, able to compile data to tell a story and present to internal and external clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and present trainings to internal business partners on regulations as well as trends in the Healthcare industry, including Medicare/Medicaid
• Participate in Investigation of compliance issues and provide guidance on remediation and resolution process improvements

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in a solutions specialist role specifically within healthcare role, within understanding of Medicare/Medicaid programs
• Leadership skills - ability to lead and influence others across the organization regardless of reporting relationships
• Ability to build and grow internal and external relationships
• Ability to articulate and share a vision, the transmission of optimism, and the ability to obtain input and then, share purpose-driven goals
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex issues
• Strong planning and organizational agility skills including the ability to effectively support crisis situations and resolve conflicts
• Strong business & financial acumen
• Skilled in Customer Relationship Management software
• Proven process improvement and change management skills and experience
• Travel will be required, up to 20%
