Job Description

RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager II (BRM), to join our team.

As an IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM), you will serve as a liaison between IT and other business units in the organization. The BRM plays a key role as an Information Technology leader within RAYUS. Evolve culture, build relationships, drive value and satisfy purpose. Achieve service excellence by collaboratively identifying, developing, and implementing efficient and effective business practices throughout the IT department. Continuously seeking opportunities to support strategic transformation in planning, implementing, and evaluating better business practices to produce strong program results and meaningful outcomes. This position is a full-time remote position, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our business partners between IT, HR, Market Leadership, Marketing, and other departments that rely heavily on technology for daily business within the RAYUS organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and grow opportunities within the project, program or demand management organization (DMO).
  • Support and coach business partners to enable them to articulate the technology needs and requirements in their function that will advance business growth and performance.
  • Coach business leaders on how to communicate to IT what they need to improve business performance.
  • Communicate and demonstrate in writing, the benefits of RAYUS' technology capabilities and products in a timely manner to strengthen and expand client relationships.
  • Partner with business transformation or change management teams to ensure that the business unit or function has the capacity and capabilities to implement changes required by new technology solutions.
  • Partner with business analysts to ensure that essential business requirements are understood, captured, and reflected in solution documentation.
  • Share ownership of the business value results of technology related projects; measure and communicate business value results on a regular basis.
  • Engage with business partners to ensure proposed solutions align with the RAYUS market strategy.
  • Share IT best practices and thought leadership in a consistent manner across RAYUS' footprint
  • Proactively research and track health care technology environment and suggest changes as appropriate to ensure competitive offer, including investment options, services, and pricing.
  • Track competitive market changes to propose innovative solutions to markets and potential clients.
  • Develop process and methodologies for all provided services and maintain a complete set of operational documentation
  • Become proficient in the demonstration of RAYUS' external-facing (e.g., member, provider, integration partner) solutions.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate, present and influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong attention to detail.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business development activities.
  • Actively listen with an open mind, strive to understand, and appreciate what is most energizing for the client.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with RAYUS policies, procedures, and company-sponsored annual programs such as compliance training.
  • Lead, plan and/or perform special projects and other duties as assigned and required.

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, BS/ BA/ BBA in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or similar technical degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
  • 5+ years' experience in a combination of IT complex program/project management and operations with a track record of success

Preferred:

  • Healthcare experience a plus, preferably in a Radiology organization
  • PMP, or another recognized project management certification

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Requires the use of office equipment, such as computers and telephones
  • Requires computer related activities for extended periods of time
  • Requires the ability to see, hear, speak, write and key
  • May require some lifting, bending, and stooping
  • May require some travel
