We are hiring for a Business Manager that will play a key role in driving business growth and achieving departmental goals. They will leverage their understanding of the customer and RbA's business strategy to develop and execute effective plans, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Working closely with delivery partners (sales, marketing, RD&I, operations, finance and IT) throughout the Division and Enterprise to deliver strategic and annual plans.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
