Job Summary Facilitates the coordination of services for developmentally delayed children who qualify for Early Intervention. Assists child|family in development of the Individualized Family Service Plan. Provides supportive counseling and crisis intervention to child|family. Advocates for children on state and local level. |

Job Specific Contacts Continual contact with children and their families. Frequent contact and meetings with the Regional Early Intervention Collaborative - Family Link of Union and Essex Counties. Occasional contact with NJ Special Child Health Services. Quarterly contact with Case Managers and Service Coordinators throughout the state. Frequent contact with professionals form resource/referral network and EI Programs. |
