Job Description

We are expanding our team! Bremer is looking for problem solvers in our broad range of Solutions Engineers. These positions are key roles that provide application and technical solutions to a variety of business challenges.

As a Solution Engineer at Bremer, you will understand business requirements and explains the value of different solutions and approaches. Your technical expertise is essential to be able to explain details, investigate alternatives and work with other technical teams to design, build, implement, and support solutions while also building and maintaining a strong working relationship with the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Takes ownership of service requests and production support tasks - testing, troubleshooting and remediating issues and system maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinating and working with other IT teams to create environments, performing application installs, upgrades, and patches.
  • Prepare and update application support documentation
  • Perform requirements analysis.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A combination of education and experience in delivering and supporting technical solutions.
  • Experience with Encompass loan origniation tool highly preferred
  • Typically, a degree in a technical area (MIS, Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Experience with system administration and configuration.
  • Demonstrate understanding of application design & architecture, application delivery processes, IT infrastructure, and software development tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies, and foster an inclusive work environment.


In addition to above

  • As a Solution Engineer Associate (E85), you'll also have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT.
  • As a Solution Engineer (E86), you'll also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT.
  • As a Senior Solution Engineer (E87), you'll also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT.
  • As a Solution Engineer Lead (E88), you'll also have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT.
