Under general supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in the installation, repair and maintenance of communications tools and related electronic and communication equipment. Installs, maintains and tests various systems, detects and troubleshoots problems, documents drawing changes and upgrades, and follows and/or creates appropriate safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger manipulation, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, repetitive motions, carrying.
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. May be asked to attend training locally and within the United States.
Other: This position is considered safety-sensitive under the U.S. Department of Transportation and is subject to drug and alcohol testing under both the DOT and Community Transit authority.
