What success looks like in this role:

• This position is an execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Lead (OCM Sr. Manager or OCM Manager as assigned)
• Supports change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects.
• Make significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives.
• The OCM Sr. Analyst is the publication resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects and will produce Videos, Brochures, Posters, OCM Solution Briefs; OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other plans.
• Assist in the design and development of OCM collateral.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related marketing or communications, or training experience
• In-depth knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, We Video or other video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools
• Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries.
• Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive projects.
• Experience with technology implementations (preferred not a requirement).
