Job Description

The HRSC Supervisor Compliance is responsible for leading staff for scanning files, compliance and CWRrsquo;s. Perform assistance with the submission, follow-up, and maintenance of licenses, audits and credentialing processes.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for maintaining existing state licenses held by the individuals within the company.
  • Supporting the Licensing amp; Credentialing Specialist with license applications audits, follow-ups, and maintenance of staff licenses.
  • Support the Auditing amp; Credentialing staff with ensuring all licensing audits are reviewed and submitted accurately and timely.
  • Audit, follow up, edit, correct and respond back on all licensing files sent to you.
  • Lead, research and track and update of staff licenses.
  • Research and contact State and Federal agencies to audit and verify licenses.
  • Maintain database of license expiration dates for renewals as necessary.
  • Periodic audits of licenses (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
  • Recordkeeping of state licenses for staff.
  • Strict confidentiality and ownership of information.
  • Participate in projects lead by the HRSC.
  • Ensure accurate work is done by all staff which is critical and address issues when needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience with Multistate Licensing System
  • Experience with maintaining and auditing medical licensing
  • Experience with regulatory licensing requirements
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, with superior written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple groups
  • Good judgment and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
