What are you going to do in this role?

As part of the Hospital team in Italy, the Clinical Specialist support sales process through clinical education and ongoing value demonstration of theHemostasis Managementand Cell Saver lines. This specific role will be supporting our customers in the area between Toscana and Capania.

In this pivotal role, you'll skillfully combine your expertise in clinical support with driving sales success. Working closely with regional teams, you'll engage key decision makers and influencers to expand our customer base and elevate product usage. Your primary focus will be on providing essential clinical guidance, ensuring our products meet industry standards, and delivering ongoing support to customers. Additionally, you'll actively contribute to sales efforts, leveraging your clinical insights to maximize revenue opportunities. Staying updated on industry trends, you'll continuously refine our offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of healthcare innovation while driving sales growth.

What do you need to succeed in this role:

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Specialist role will possess a Bachelor's degree in Science (biology, biochemistry), Biomedical Engineering, Perfusionist, Nurse, Diagnostics, or Medical Technology Education. Practical experience in Operation Room, Laboratories, particularly in Biological Diagnostics and Hemostasis, or within a Medical Device company is mandatory.

Moreover, the role necessitates demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication, enabling effective interaction with our customers. The ability to adeptly manage complex clinical and technical issues, providing articulate and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, is paramount.

Previous experience in training is also preferred.

Fluency in Italian and a good level in English is mandatory (B2 minimum)
