Job Description

Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Services Supervisor to join our team in our Supply Chain Services Department! The position will be responsible for the following job duties/responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations and workflow to ensure that the department is productive and operates efficiently
  • Provide daily supervision, orientation, and training to department employees
  • Develop positive working relationships with leaders of intra-departments
  • Create appropriate performance measures, quality tracking, and customer satisfaction programs
  • Ensure a safe and customer focus environment for patients, staff and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Two (2) years of inventory management experience
  • Two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and facilitation skills
  • Technology literate
  • Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

FTE: 1.0; 40 hours per week

Work Schedule: 8am-430pm

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Salary Rate: $64,000-$76,000/year
