GENERAL PURPOSE
Legrand AVhas an exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Product Data Coordinator - Digital,to join theLegrand AV CX Team. The successful candidate supports the Digital Marketing efforts on LegrandAV.com by executing a variety of tasks in the website content management system, currently Sitecore. This person builds product detail pages, audits product content, recommends content optimizations according to SEO best practices, tracks product page performance, and handles general digital marketing activities. The person in this role will use a variety of technology tools daily which could include: Excel, Sitecore, SEMRush, Google Analytics4, Microsoft Teams, and others. This position reports into Eden Prairie, MN.
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES-
Execute day-to-day Sitecore activities such as building and maintaining product pages, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and content updates
Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets or exceeds customer needs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
Use Excel and product import/export tools to build and maintain product detail pages
Work with Product Marketing teams on product launches and discontinuations on Legrandav.com
Maintain clean product data on Legrandav.com
Use reporting tools to evaluate product page performance and offers insights
Work with the content optimization team and digital specialists on projects as needed
Assist in gathering empathy for projects as needed
Work with Central Marketing on product content initiatives and projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Understands the concepts of digital marketing, content creation, brand, customer targeting, and customer experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Has a desire to understand the customer journey and digital touchpoints
Wants to get better and grow in their digital marketing acumen
Has a general understanding of website analytics and data analysis
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, digital experience, communications, data quality or similar; or a combination of relevant educationand experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with basic HTML, Sitecore, and Google Analytics
Hands-on experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as brand websites, product pages, and content creation
Basic understanding of search engine optimization
Confident in basic Excel functionality
Understands the importance of measuring performance
Is curious and willing to take new approaches
Time and project management skills with the ability set and shift priorities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for using a keyboard
General office environment
May require occasional ground travel to other company facilities within local metropolitan area
Long-distance or air travel as needed - not to exceed5% travel
