Job Description

Do you have at least three years of experience working in a Financial Institution and are ready to move your career in a new challenging direction? Blaze Credit Union has a great opportunity to join our Member Experience Center (Call Center) helping Members over the phone with their financial needs. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner while ensuring the highest quality of member service. Our Member Experience Center positions are a first call resolution environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities including processing transactions, researching and resolving member questions and disputes, along with providing technical support for our automated services. This is the perfect position for someone who is motivated to continue learning. Must be able to work Full Time and Saturday rotations (extended hours if needed). Our Member Service Representative of $23.00 an hour plus time and a half for Saturdays worked, a bonus for working 7 or 10 Saturdays in a quarter, and eligibility for a company-wide Quarterly Team bonus. This position is located at our Westminster Administrative Office.

Qualifications:

  • 36 months experience working in a financial institution required (working in a financial services industry call center a plus)
  • Excellent Member service skills
  • Reliability to work scheduled shifts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required
  • Ability to work independently while displaying initiative
