Sub Assembly

We are looking for a Sub Assembly Associate who will report to the Sub Assembly Supervisor. As part of your role, you'll work on a team where we're creating new ways to get people moving forward, where their experiences are measured by emotion rather than distance. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Read/interpret blueprints, specifications, work orders, and reports to determine material requirements and assembly instructions.

• Perform visual inspections of finished products.

• Identify and troubleshoot quality and equipment problems and recommend solutions.

• Align, fit, assemble, or install system components, using jigs, fixtures, measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools.

• Attach brackets, hinges, or clips to secure/support components or subassemblies, using bolts, screws and rivets, and assemble prefabricated parts.

• Install, and secure material on frames, using hand tools, power tools, glue, cement, or staples.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Required:

• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl and perform work for several hours in various positions on a concrete floor or within a boat.

• Manually move products and materials through physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.

• Perform work at a reasonable pace within our quality and production expectations.

• Proficient communication both verbally and in writing

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred:

• Experience with hand and power tools.

• Manufacturing, production, machinist, or assembly experience.

• Ability to do repetitive work.
