Hennepin Healthcare is an integrated system of care that includes HCMC, a nationally recognized Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center and acute care hospital, as well as a clinic system with primary care clinics located in Minneapolis and across Hennepin County. SUMMARY
The Redleaf Program Manager is a grant funded position funded by the Lynne and Andrew Redleaf Foundation. The position reports to the department leaders and provides administrative oversight of grant-funded programs. The Redleaf Program Manager monitors implementation of transitional grant funded programs and services in the Redleaf Center. The Redleaf Program Manager and the Redleaf Medical and Pediatric Directors will co-jointly prepare fiscal and grant funded opportunities to the ELT leadership team for review and approval. The Redleaf Program Manager will be responsible for tracking benchmarks, reporting on grant deliverables, and managing multiple grants and multiple program budgets in collaboration with department directors/managers, Redleaf Center stakeholders, and Hennepin Health Foundation team members.
