We are looking for Manager, Commercial Sales Education who will play a critical part in helping to create and deliver a top-notch learning experience in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Manager, Commercial Sales Education you will play a key role in strategically and tactically supporting Commercial Enablement (CE), commercial capabilities. This includes educating our sales, account management, and related teams; supporting our ability to meet commercial growth and client objectives.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about collaborating with peers and partners with a proven record of developing and driving education roadmaps, overseeing content development and delivery, conducting education and education sessions, skilled in leveraging education management systems (LMS) platforms, managing education and development teams, and measuring education impact to the business. The candidate must work with a lens toward best-practice sales and service methodologies and practices, supporting Element's Commercial operating discipline, and helping sellers and FPS achieve their highest performance potential. This position is a mission-critical enabler for the execution of the go-to-market strategy.

A Day in the Life

Education Strategy and Execution

  • Engage with the Director, CE and CLT team to understand business priorities.
  • Serve as a liaison across the Commercial organization to gather educational needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a Commercial education framework and roadmap.
  • Own the content design and oversee education assets development.
  • Support CLT, in selecting vendors and partners whose methodologies offer the appropriate GTM for the Commercial team.
  • Establish routines and cadences to support methodologies and education adoption and sustainability.
  • Partner with MX and ANZ to evaluate cross-border education needs and share best practices to ensure consistent GTM execution.

Talent Management

  • Manage and develop an education and development team. This includes hiring, developing, and managing talent to:
    • Administer training and education.
    • Develop and enhance education material and processes.
  • Own and manage small to large education projects (both day-to-day tactical activities and longer-term strategic projects).

Reporting and Insights

  • Collaborate with CRM and Data Science team to create education reporting and insights.

Requirements

  • College Degree
  • 3-5 Years' experience with Sales Education
  • Experience leading and effectively managing direct reports, teams, and other responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Experience operating in globally distributed and multi-disciplined team environment.
  • Project Management
  • Industry experience, B2B, and Business Services; is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and problem-solve.
