Position Overview
The Department of Educational Psychology, College of Education and Human Development, University of Minnesota invites applications for an instructional leader in School Psychology. This is a full-time, annually renewable, 9-month, non-tenure-track, contract faculty position at the rank of Teaching Assistant Professor. This position is related to new grants acquired by the program and funded through at least 2028. The anticipated starting date for this appointment is August 26, 2024 and the salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additional benefits of the position can include post-doctoral supervision toward psychology licensure and opportunities for summer funding.

Department Overview
The Department of Educational Psychology provides training in the cognitive, emotional, and social learning processes that underlie education and human development across the lifespan, including: the psychological foundations of education, quantitative methods in education, the practice and science of counseling psychology, school psychology, and special education. Faculty and students provide leadership and consultation to the state, nation, and international community. The department's scholarship and teaching enhance professional practice in schools and universities, community mental health agencies, business and industrial organizations, early childhood programs, and government agencies.
