RESONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Responsible for completing tasks associated with pricing, forecasts and order releasing including but not limited to:
    • Order Releasing
      • Daily review incoming OPBATCH orders and releases and resolve any issues.
    • Maintains pricing data in SAP and CRM
      • Maintains a master list of customer price files.
      • Maintains databases and activity logs of pricing files and organizes supporting documentation including customer contracts and terms and conditions.
    • Forecasts
      • Updates scheduling agreements working with account managers, sales and production.
      • Monitor and maintain customer forecasts by working with account.
      • Yearend processing and adjustment to customer schedule agreements.
    • Sales Analytics
      • Provide sales analysis upon request.
      • Work with sales teams on budget analysis and projections.
    • Communications
      • Provide pricing to sales and customer service and works with account managers to ensure clear communication of intended pricing for individual customer requests.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify potential for process optimization, design and implement processes accordingly.
  • Coordinates EDI testing with customer and internal systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; excellent Excel skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills essential
  • Must be self-motivated, work in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and possess detailed project management skills.
Qualifications

Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (required)

Experience
1 years: CRM experience (required)
PowerBI experience preferred (preferred)
1 years: ERP system experience; SAP-business enterprise system preferred (required)
5 years: Relevant Analyst experience (required)
