Hiring a Senior UiPath Engineer for a 100% remote contract.
Job Description:
A Senior UiPath Engineer with troubleshooting skills and abilities to refactor code using best practices for improvement is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using UiPath. They must have a deep understanding of programming concepts, as well as experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and other tools in the UiPath platform.
In this role, the Senior UiPath Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions that improve business processes and increase operational efficiency. They must be able to troubleshoot issues with existing automation workflows and refactor code using best practices to improve performance and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath
- Troubleshoot issues with existing automation workflows and provide solutions to address them
- Refactor code using best practices to improve performance and maintainability
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and design automation solutions that meet their needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows and processes
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other members of the development team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on automation and RPA
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools
- Experience troubleshooting issues with automation workflows and refactoring code using best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
