Job Description

HealthPartners is looking for Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our West End Clinic Specialty team. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a child & adolescent psychiatrist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, prescribing, directing, or administering psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Clinic duties include gathering and maintaining patient information and records, including social or medical history obtained from patients, relatives, or other professionals; coordination with appropriate academic teams, providers and therapists; and, designing individualized care plans, using a variety of treatments including but not limited to pharmacological and therapy. Teaching responsibility for psychiatric residents. Day call and evening call responsibilities.

Physician requirements include Residency in Psychiatry, Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, board eligible in Psychiatry, board eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and, possession of a MN Medical License.

The clinic location opened in 1995, and a complete renovation of the entire clinic was completed in 2021.
