As an Environmental Services Tech/Housekeeper at Westfields Hospital & Clinic, you are responsible for cleaning all areas of the hospital and clinics including patient rooms, exam rooms, treatment rooms, offices, public areas, restrooms, surgery suites and labor and delivery room. Additional duties include vacuuming, sweeping, wet mopping, damp wiping, dusting, pushing carts, laundry processing, and restocking linens/supplies. Start pay approximately $18.00 per hour depending on experience, plus shift differential.

Work Schedule:

• .8 FTE/64 hours per pay period. Evenings 2:30p - 11:00p, with weekend and holiday rotation.

Required Qualifications:

• Good cleaning and teamwork skills, able to follow established cleaning procedures, able to maintain confidentiality, able to come to work on short notice.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, be adaptable to changes in workload and/or routine.
• Physically demanding work involves lifting, bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, standing and walking the entire shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
