Planner, Brand Experience

Overview:


Join a dynamic team focused on driving growth and innovation within prominent brands. As a Planner in Brand Experience, you will play a vital role in creating and executing strategic plans, partnerships, and brand promotions. You'll collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to bring ideas to life. This role emphasizes executional excellence, trend awareness, and project management. It's an opportunity to contribute to the growth of established brands, stay updated on cultural trends, and foster a learning mindset while building strong relationships and delivering impactful outcomes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaboration and Partnership: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including agencies and partners, to develop and execute strategic plans, partnership strategies, and fully integrated experience plans.
  • Executional Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency in executing brand strategies and projects, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines and standards. Manage day-to-day executional responsibilities.
  • Innovation and Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current cultural trends and emerging patterns to identify opportunities for innovation, staying up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating various aspects such as packaging, partnerships, licensing, and content production, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Relationship Management: Build and foster strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and agencies, effectively communicating at various levels within the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategies, priorities, and recommendations for partnerships, licensing opportunities, and brand experiences aligned with business objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all communication touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity and identity.
  • Learning Mindset: Exhibit curiosity and a desire to learn, adapting to ambiguity and seeking continuous improvement and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar.
  • 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of executing projects with excellence
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Learning mindset, exhibiting curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    * Collaborative nature, emphasizing a "Win as a Team" mindset
    * Experience working with both internal and external partners
    * History of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and agency partners
    * Experience working on national brands
    * Ability to build influential relationships and influence across the organization
    * Experience in campaign/experience strategy and planning
