Job Description
This position will provide customers with comprehensive information to solve problems, assist in making sound decisions and achieve customer satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and assisting the outside sales team by up-selling products and promotions. The Inside Sales Team manages inbound calls ensuring all customer requirements and expectations are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Processes orders received from faxes, emails, customer calls.

* Orders must be completed in the system with 100% accuracy

* Must understand the value of providing the customer with premium service for repeat business

* Contribute to a working environment that fosters pride in being a part of a winning, highly motivated team, and promotes personal growth.

* Maintain personal productivity and quality standards that increases revenue by providing the customer with excellent service

* Must adhere to the company vision and mission

* Communication to customer on availability, open orders, and ship dates.

* Confirms pricing and availability.

* Ability to multi- task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedures.

* Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items,

* Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-u p and out bound calls and emails.

* Must produce an average of 5-10 out bound calls per day.

* Routing and recognize qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for further development and closure.

* Close sales and achieve quotes.

* Conduct post sale follow up.

* Maintain and grow existing customer base; Assist Territory Manager to expand prospects with in assigned territory

Knowledge & Personal Attributes:

* High level of attention to detail.

* Ability to process large volume of orders; calls;

* Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

* Ability to analyze problems and solve issues in a timely manner.

* Position involve s working in front of computer screen for long periods of time.

* Solid attendance and reliable

* Accountable, and quality driven.

* High level of professionalism and solution based decisions.

* Team oriented and highly motivated.

* Must be able to work in a fast -paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma or equivalency; intermediate experience with a desire of 2 years minimum of data entry and customer service or manufacturing environment.

Computer Skills

Familiar with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook a must.
