Assists professional personnel to provide patient care according to department and hospital standards. Completes other supportive tasks necessary to the functioning of the department under the supervision of a Case Manager.

Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE: M-F, 8AM-4:30pm with every 5th weekend rotation

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines
• Must have MN or WI CNA certificate upon start date.
• Must provide proof of MN and WI CNA certificates within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI CNA certificates are not present on start date.
• Current BLS - American Heart Association or BLS - American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)
• Must be age 18 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior nursing assistance experience
