Girls Flag Football Coaches for Middle Schools - Community Ed Youth Instructors
Community Ed Youth Instructors and Asst. Instructors are responsible for delivery of curriculum of Community School Programs for Grade 6-Grade 8.

Date & Hours: April 22 thru May 23, 2024; Monday & Wednesday practice, approx 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm; Game days can go as late as 6:15 pm. (Dates for practice and games are flexible and subject to change.)

Locations: Anoka Middle, Coon Rapids Middle, Jackson Middle, Northdale Middle, Oak View Middle, Roosevelt Middle

Duties include: Flag Football coaching for Girls teams - practice and game management. Provide student safety and program presentation. Perform other duties as assigned. (Concussion training is required.)

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions. Must be physically working in on site. (Concussion training is required.)

Preferred Qualifications: Previous Football/Flag Football playing and/or Football/Flag Football coaching experience preferred. Relevant work experience and previous experience with community school activities preferred. Advanced training or college degree preferred for coach and assistant coach positions preferred. Previous experience working with middle school ages students preferred.

Rate of Pay: $17.43-$24.55/hour, DOQ.
