Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant

Masters or doctorate level psychologist

Burnsville/Lakeville Clinic

Park Nicollet Clinic is looking for Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Behavioral Health team in Burnsville and Lakeville clinic. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day. The Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide comprehensive mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking a seasoned mental health professional with specific interest in integrated care and skills in brief/solution-focused, short-term treatment to work closely with primary care in either our Burnsville or Lakeville Family Medicine clinics.

The Behavioral Health Consultant will support 4-5 primary care clinics in a regional model.

Qualified candidates must:

Have experience assessing, diagnosing and treating adults (18yo+). Our patient population presents with a broad range of concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, work/school issues, relationship issues, ADHD, trauma, physical health related concerns and chemical use/misuse.

Have training in, and experience with, the provision of evidence-based, solution-focused care to adults.

Be independently licensed, or license eligible, in MN at the Masters or Doctoral Level (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP, or equivalent). Five years experience post-license and experience working in a medical setting is preferred.

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Have a strong commitment to ethical practices.

Have professional relationship building skills which are essential in facilitating partnerships with behavioral health and primary care colleagues to provide patients with high-quality, comprehensive care.
