Adult Fitness Instructor - Community Ed Instructor
Community Ed Instructors are responsible for delivery of curriculum of Community School Programs.

Hours & Locations: Classes will be scheduled on a quarterly basis by the Adult Learning Programmer at a variety of locations throughout the district.

Duties include: Develop and deliver class information for adult fitness at all levels of fitness, including adapting instruction to help students meet their goals. Classes will be primarily group instruction, with some opportunity for small group or individual personal training.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Training and certification (ACE, NETA, etc.) in adult fitness instruction, Experience instructing adult learners. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day and schedule. Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.

Preferred Qualifications: Training and experience specifically in kettlebells preferred.

Rate of Pay: $33.83/hour.
