WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of nVent's cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) program primarily aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)

  • Execute program activities and drive continuous improvement efforts to mature the program

  • Manage nVent's third party cybersecurity risk assessment process

  • Design, configure, launch, and run multiple types of cybersecurity risk assessments in OneTrust to assess the risk of IT assets, third parties, operational technology (OT) assets, and connected products; manage risk register and associated workflows

  • Manage nVent's cybersecurity control framework, ensuring that controls are successfully implemented and operating effectively across the enterprise through training & guidance, testing, and metrics

  • Support development and maintenance of a calendar of recurring cybersecurity audits, assessments, and activities; track to ensure owners complete activities on time

  • Facilitate process to ensure list of vendors and assets is maintained in OneTrust

  • Partner with nVent Global Privacy Office to configure and administer nVent's GRC Platform, OneTrust

YOU HAVE:

  • Ideally 5+ years of proven experience in IT, cybersecurity, audit, or compliance

  • Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)

  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of key concepts in risk management, cybersecurity, compliance, and/or audit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, or related field

  • Prior experience with GRC tools, OneTrust preferred

  • Experience with system administration and configuration

  • Strong process development and reporting skills

  • Ability to successfully partner and collaborate across key functions including IT, engineering, privacy, audit, supply, and legal

  • Informed on industry standards and best practices

  • Strong communication skills; able to influence teams across the organization
