The Sr. Manager Informatica P360 leads process definition and business logic applied in on-boarding and build-out of Product Information Management (P360) capabilities across the nVent business segments. You will closely partner and collaborate with digital functions, Product Management, Marketing and key product information collaborators throughout our organization to explore the business need and establish product information consistency.

What you will experience in this position:

Product Information Management

  • Lead data integration efforts for our PIM solution, connecting internal and external sources. This includes the leadership of PIM integration of business lines that may still work with their legacy PIM systems.
  • Optimize Informatica P360 for effective product information management.
  • Drive data accuracy, employing ETL processes and data quality tools.
  • Manage taxonomy and enhance Digital Asset Management capabilities.
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve data-related issues applying analytics, pragmatism and teamwork

General Operations

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and lead all aspects of software life-cycle management.
  • Validate and maintain operational control of Production system configurations.
  • Lead a team of 6 analysts, developers, and administrators in an agile fashion and ensure accountability for deliverables
  • Develop system-specific performance metrics for creating business value.
You have:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ideally 8-10 years of PIM experience.
  • Hands-on experience as an Informatica P360 Architect and 2-3 years of Digital Asset Management experience.
  • Established and authentic team leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated Scrum Master experience.
  • Passion for business value realization through critical metrics.
  • Proficient in English, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to travel for initiatives and staff development.
