Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Vice President of Capital Markets to join our team in Minneapolis! This role is involved in capitalizing Ryan-owned and developed projects by managing various aspects of the funding process for an asset from inception to final disposition. The position is part of the broader Capital Markets team with a regional focus.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and other senior leadership to develop and maintain strong relationships with direct capital providers and investment bankers.
  • Manage investment sales.
  • Coordinate targeted marketing of an investment properties.
  • Interpret and negotiate business terms of loan, sale, and joint venture documents.
  • Provide pricing guidance for new developments, acquisitions and leases.
  • Manage the process of generating high-end investment offerings.
  • Work with venture partners to coordinate analysis and information.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 15 years of successful capital markets experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
  • Process management experience with brokers and buyers concerning real estate assets and the ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to effectively present and explain the strengths and challenges of real estate projects to capital sources.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Lead by example, display honesty, integrity, and good judgment while maintaining high standards.
  • Have an MBA or Master's degree in Real Estate.
