What We Need

We are looking for an Operations Performance Manager, who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.You will be able to grow alongside North America's best and brightest professionals in fleet accident, safety, and risk management.

Are you:

  • Seasoned operational performance manager with a track record of optimizing processes, reducing inefficiencies, and enhancing overall operational effectiveness

  • Experienced in implementing KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As the Operations Performance Manager, you will operate with substantial independence and be tasked with managing and enhancing a suite of analytics, forecasting & and insights to support operational performance and client experience objectives. Must manage initiativesthrough collaboration and influence at all levels and areas of the organization, as well as with external service providers.The role will lead select discussions with clients and vendors and have responsibility for helping drive change and improvements across key processes & and data needs. This role is in office T,W,TH weekly in our Hopkins MN or Mississauga ON office.

A Day in the Life

  • Proven ability to establish, manage and evolve operations performance analytics suites & insights to achieve operations performance targets in collaboration with cross-functional partners

  • Strong analytical experience; experience with platform solutions such as PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, Smartsheet, RPA or related software solutions preferred

  • Crisp, insightful oral- and written- communication style and able to summarize, using data & supporting narrative across multiple formats (memo, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to effectively navigate, collaborate, & communicate across cross-stakeholder teams and Subject Matter Experts within IT and Business/Operations. Must be adept at influencing across various level of the organization and storytelling to highlight value and inspire action.

  • Passionate about using data to drive operational excellence and improve the customer experience; high orientation to detail & data accuracy and supporting new ways of working to create better data and insights

  • Comfortable embracing emerging technologies; possess a strong interest in learning new technologies, concepts, and best practices to aid in analytics & performance management

  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python is useful but not required.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Business, Analytics, Finance, Computer Science or related field and 5+ years' experience supporting data-driven approach to support operational performance management. Masters in related field strongly preferred.

  • 2+ years managing a team of direct reports

  • Experience in fleet management or transportation logistics a plus

  • Have Led operational performance reviews, documenting needs & driving change in collaboration with internal partners
