What We Need

We are looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant) who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Specialist (New Vehicle Acquisition Consultant), you will be the primary client contact & owner of the end-to-end vehicle acquisition related activities; from model year planning through delivery of vehicle.

A Day in the Life

  • Consult with clients on vehicle specifications, best value pricing, vehicle availability and purchasing, processing and delivery alternatives

  • Develop account strategies and action plans for implementing process improvements that drive best-in-class ordering practices

  • Provide quotes utilizing life cycle data

  • Act as client's internal champion for resolution of ordering-related issues

  • Respond to and follow-up on client requests (email and phone)

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required

    • BS or BA in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

  • 2+ years of business experience with client contact consultation

  • Automotive industry experience highly beneficial

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work hybrid work schedule in our Hopkins office

  • Bilingual English/French a plus

This role is in office T,W,TH weekly in our Hopkins, MN office.
