Job Description

This Spring semester course will be offered in person on our East Falls campus on a Tuesday/Thursday schedule at 9:30 am to 10:45 am. Classes begin on January 10th and final grades are due by May 15th.

Candidates must be qualified to teach quot;American Visions,rdquo; a first-year course focused on key humanities texts from diverse perspectives in American culture. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced teacher who applies active student-learning methods in the classroom.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Ph.D. or ABD in American Studies, American Literature, modern U.S. History or related field is preferred.
