QUALIFICATIONS:
East Ridge High School is seeking a dynamic, highly qualified candidate to serve as our schools concession manager.
* Experience in customer service
* Inventory and purchaseing food, beverages and supplies for the concession events
* Money management - counting money, documentation of sales, managing transactions, turning money over to our accounts payable
* Experience in food safety procedures
*Organizing an event - food prep, organization of the area, sales and clean up
* Duties as needed - deep cleaning, organization of product and collaboration with Activities Director and Accounts Payable
Finally, all candidates should have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the commitment to develop and maintain positive relationships between the Raptors Activities director, Accounts Payable and groups that work events.
REPORTS TO:
East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal.
JOB GOALS:
The concessions manager will provdive concseesion sales during home sporting events at East Ridge High School both out in the stadium and indoors. Provide a safe and inclusive enviromnet for all parties involved.
