EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced, team-oriented senior manager to join their Private Client Services (PCS) practice. Our PCS practice specializes in providing exceptional client service to closely held and family-owned businesses. We are seeking a well-rounded manager that can provide both accounting and tax services to our PCS clients. This position offers flexibility in terms of office location, as EisnerAmper follows a hybrid working model and has offices available in the locations listed below.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Run client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing tax returns (1040, 1120C, 1120S and 1065)

  • Oversee financial statement reviews and compilations, as needed for clients

  • Experienced in U.S. GAAP for financial reporting and other comprehensive bases of accounting

  • Manage projects to ensure quality and timeliness

  • Effectively manage multiple engagements in a team environment, and also work independently. Identify potential opportunities for new and/or expanded client services.

  • Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.

  • Research and consult on various tax and/or accounting matters; ability to prepare technical memos or respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested.

  • Responsible for training, supervising and ongoing development of associates and seniors

  • Ability to lead and manage engagements, including budgeting, billing and engagement economics

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

  • Minimum 8+ years of recent public accounting experience

  • CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Taxation or relevant field

  • Experience with CCH Engagement, CCH Axcess, BNA Tax Planning, XCM

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
