Program Manager - DAS

Sobey Networks, a Boingo subsidiary, is looking for an experienced Program Manager with experience managing the buildouts of DAS in a variety of venues, including military and campus-type buildings. The Project Managerwill lead the cross-functional, launch, lifecycle and change management of network buildouts, product, channel and partner requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with field engineering, quality assurance, product management, marketing, operations, business development, and professional services through the network buildout and project lifecycle
• Coordinate with third-party clients, developers, customers, and business partners
• Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project lifecycle
• Assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate courses of action to mitigate
• Lead and manage recurring partner requirements, service levels, reporting, change management quality assurance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including formal reporting requirements and meetings

Requirements

• 10+ years working experience asProgram or Project Managerfor consumer product projects in the telecommunications industry
• Assume responsibility for driving and delivering multiple projects and releases for cross-functional team
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical aspects of network deployment, software development, product management and lifecycle operations
• Experience managing capital for multi-million-dollar project costs and expenditures
• Exceptional account management experience of large partner / enterprise organizations
