About the Job

This position is considered a 1 year tempoary position with the potential for continuation.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist in lab research by conducting the following (90%)
* Cell culture
* Molecular cloning
* Virus amplification/purification
* Flow cytometry, ELISA and Western Blots
* Image processing, including microscopic imaging and Bioluminescent imaging
* Animal work, including intravenous, subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injections, tissue collection and monitoring animals

Prepare for and participate in lab/research meetings (10%)

Qualifications

All required qualifications must be documented on application materials.

Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA Biological Sciences and 1 year of related experience or a combination of education and experience to total 5 years.
- Previous experience in the development of cancer therapeutics and/or gene therapy approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in molecular cloning, cancer immunotherapy, flow cytometry and mouse studies.
