We are seeking BizOps Interns for our Greenwood Village, CO and Broomfield, CO offices.

- Develop industry knowledge through greater exposure to peers, clients, regular self-study, and formal training opportunities.
- Gain exposure to a variety of client situations to develop business skills. Retain knowledge gained and performance feedback provided to transfer into future work.
- Accounts payable / cash disbursements processing, accounts receivable / cash receipts processing, and payroll processing or coordination.
- Supporting multiple clients' accounting functions.
- Complete non-complex account reconciliations to be reviewed by BizOps Senior, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO.
- Works as a team member in meeting the needs of the office staff, principals and clients. With guidance, provide excellent client service to help clients reach their goals.
- Associate's Degree or working towards the achievement of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Passion for doing impactful work, accountability for actions, initiative to make visions a reality, integrity that places honesty and trust above all else, professionalism, and conscientiousness.
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client sites.
- Relevant work experience preferred including other internships, summer jobs, school jobs, etc.
Compensation strategy statement:
Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. These same factors may cause starting pay to be below or above the posted range.For Colorado, the compensation range is $22 - $24.
