What success looks like in this role:
Coordinate and drive annual Rewards processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, salary and benefits surveys, market references evaluation
Conduct market and best practice research, monitor market trends, interpret results and make recommendations based on results of compensation & benefit surveys
Oversee the salary survey administration in Europe to identify salary survey participation, purchase, and accurate completion of survey responses, managing relationships with compensation & benefits vendors and consultants
Provide advice and counsel in compensation and benefits to GR and HR colleagues, according to the business needs and Corporate guidelines, including offers to new hires, compensation changes and bonus/commission plans
Work closely with Legal, Accounting, Payroll, Finance and Tax to ensure programs comply with legal requirements
Support the benefit renewals and market alignment processes across our European countries
Coordinate and provide consultation in Job Architecture related projects
Support the Mobility programs in Europe, including International assignments, relocation, etc.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience with HR, including compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational environment
Experience in international rewards context including general knowledge of compensation & benefit practices and policies across Europe
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and organization skills, attention to detail and ability to use data to tell the story
Experience in working on multiple HR projects and priorities in a challenging environment
Experience in assertively communicating and working with colleagues across levels, geographies and functions
