What success looks like in this role:

• Supporting change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects

• Providing significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives

• Act as the publication resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects and will produce: Videos, Brochures, Posters, OCM Solution Briefs; OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other plans

• Assisting in the design and development of OCM collateral

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred

• Minimum of 2 years of related marketing, consulting, sales experience, or HR (OD)

• Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries in English

• OCM experience

• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud

• Excellent skills with MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, WeVideo or other video software and storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools

• Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive projects
