Do you like a fast-paced work where the environment and equipment is updating continuously! Our Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter  foundry production job may just be the right fit for you!

Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter  Qualifications: The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of stable experience working in a foundry or manufacturing facility.

Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter   Requirements: The position requires experience operating production equipment. Greensand molding operator to work on our BMM, Squeezer or Roto Lift machines producing quality greensand molds.

Metal pourers hand pour the molten aluminum into the sand molds for the production of aluminum castings. 

You must be able to operator a computer to access training & work instructions, be able to follow all processes and procedures for the Greensand Molder and Metal Pourer/Melter   foundry production job.

These positions are permanent on 2nd shift hours are 2pm to 10 pm Monday to Friday.  Training is completed on 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.
We pay shift differential on these shifts:  2nd +.40 and 3rd + .55,You must be self-motivated, detail orientated, dependable with a good attendance record & have a positive attitude.


Physically demands requiring repetitive duties such as:
Lifting/carrying: 60 LBS.
Posture/movements: Push/Pull 60 lbs. Stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist at waist, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, squat, bend neck forward/upward, reaching overhead, with outstretched arms
Hand work Repetitive use of right and left hands with pinch/grasp force
Environmental exposures: extreme heat Molten Aluminum, fire, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibration, mechanical moving equipment
