What success looks like in this role:

• Leads the efforts of a team of Unisys associates and/or contractors.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Provides technical advice and consultation on complex, critical issues and escalations.
• Analyzes requirements, creates test cases and maintains traceability.
• Communication, both written & verbal should be excellent.
• Knowledge inclined towards Azure & TFS Agile process and test leadership.
• Ability to create and maintain Test Strategy/Plan.
• Excellent governance process understanding.
• Experience on Web API, functional and performance testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools and creation of test harness.
• Experience with creation/automation of large dynamic test data set (and integration to data lakes) in a CI/CD environment for performance testing.
• Lead test team interaction with DevOps team to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

* University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad range of application support, enterprise support or domain expertise.
