These positions are responsible for acquiring profitable in compliance with Bank policy and procedure and to promote other product service opportunities within the bank. The qualified candidate should possess strong analytical skills in the financial arena, a strong credit acumen, along with minimal educational requirements of a Bachelors' degree in finance or related field. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of five to seven years' experience as a commercial lender in the Houston (or surrounding) area and should be able to demonstrate both historical and current loan and deposit production success.
