The Marketing Communications Coordinator - HID Identity & Access Management Solutions is an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing. Work will include supporting the IAMS Workforce Identity Management Marketing Manager as well as other business unit Marketing, Demand Generation and Digital Engagement Managers to plan and prepare promotional campaign content, develop social content, enhance webpage performance, and execute other strategic marketing tasks.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, the Marketing Communications Coordinator should possess an attention to detail and excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques, tools and social media platforms.
The position will take daily direction from the HID IAMS Workforce Identity Management Marketing Communications Manager and will work as directed in support of the Workforce, Consumer and PKI-IOT business unit activities. The Marketing Communications Coordinator will be exposed to multiple disciplines including sales and business development, product marketing, product management and the global marketing and corporate communications teams, as well as outside creative agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the position include supporting campaign research, planning, development, execution and administration of integrated marketing campaigns as well as establishing program goals and measurement criteria. Working with the Marketing Managers, the successful candidate will monitor campaign program performance and determine the best tactical mix to drive leads.

The ideal candidate has recently received a degree in Marketing Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications, has 1 to 4 years of related experience, and is a self-starter with a desire to make a difference.
