Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Manage all webshop content and related layouts
*Identify opportunities for migration of offline business to online, creating promotions and incentives to encourage that movement, both geographically and by market
*Facilitate changes, enhancements, additions and/or deletions to webshop
*Identify, research and recommend improvements to the webshop, as needed
*Develop and manage online merchandising strategies that focus on conversion, compatibility, user engagement and shopping tactics that include cross-selling and up-selling
*Measure and report e-commerce analytic findings monthly
*Manage and increase website traffic, engagement and sales conversion

Required Knowledge / Experience:
*2-5 years' experience in Ecommerce Sales/Business Development
*B2B Sales and Marketing experience
*Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Design or related field
*Familiarity with Agile development processes such as Kanban and scrum, preferred
*Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, preferred
*Familiarity with Enterprise systems such as Oracle, preferred
*Experience using development tools such as Jira, preferred
*Must have thorough knowledge of omnichannel sales and marketing, and keep up with trends in marketing and social networking strategies
*General understanding of web application development processes (from layout/user interface to relational database structures)

In addition, successful candidates will have the following profile:
*Must be self-motivating and goal-oriented
*Must be flexible, adaptable and capable of multi-tasking as changing priorities require
*Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people (IT personnel, website users, team members) and work as part of a team and autonomously
*Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Ability to communicate effectively in the English language verbally and in writing
*Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
*Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport
*Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems
