Located in St. Paul, The Restoring Place is a 10-bed residential program for gender-identifying women experiencing mental health and chemical dependency concerns. The programming focuses on client wellness and weekly wellness activities that emphasize sober recreation. Individuals seeking admission need a recent Rule 25 assessment (within the last 30 days)

People Incorporated Mental Health Services is searching for a Program Supervisor for this program!  The Program Supervisor oversees a program, supervising a team and ensuring that our clients receive excellent care that meets licensing and company standards. Duties may include:

• Creating a sense of community and team among staff and clients
• Hiring and orienting program staff
• Supervising and coaching staff for excellence in accuracy and quality of services
• Helping staff in the development of skills
• Coordinating program schedules and meetings
• Completing comprehensive diagnostic assessments
• Facilitating weekly clinical supervision meetings, reviewing treatment plans and assessments
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with program staff and other program managers

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavior science (i.e. social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy or nursing)
• Two years (4,000 hours) of experience in human services
• Current and unrestricted Minnesota license as a: LMFT, LICSW, LP or LPCC

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience providing services to people with mental illnesses
