As the Human Resources Manager for Siteimprove, you will define and execute strategic and tactical management of all Human Resource functions. Ideal candidates must possess demonstrated work experience in successfully managing Human Resource solutions to keep up with the demands of an ever-changing 50+ employee workforce.

Responsibilities:
  • Directs and assists in the development, implementation and administration of all Human Resource functions including: benefit administration, regulatory compliance, employee relations activities and employee training.
  • Ensures that associates are developed and utilized to their maximum potential by controlling the implementation, administration of all training programs to include: New Hire Training, Manager and Supervisor Training, Benefits and Employee Development
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations, legislation and alignment to all corporate HR processes and programs (i.e. Tax Laws, Affirmative Action, etc.)
  • Represents Siteimprove employment related legal issues. Provides input to investigations and works closely with internal and external legal resources. Keeps CEO updated on all legal issues.
  • Initiates and conducts investigations when required. Determines necessary action based on the outcome of the investigation.
  • Assists with updating, communicating, interpreting and implementing the Siteimprove Employee Handbook and related policies and procedures.
  • Coaches and communicates the policies and assists managers with interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Understands the employee environment at Siteimprove US, which is free from harassment, and designs programs to promote employee engagement and a safe work environment
  • Listens to employee concerns and refers them to proper resource if required
  • Coordinates annual performance evaluations and trains managers on the performance evaluation system
  • Promotes a fair, positive and professional image of the company at all times
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition team to ensure compliance and selection process improvement in accordance to employment laws
  • Attends meetings, conferences and events with other company functions necessary to perform duties
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with demonstrated employee relations skills in a fast paced work environment
  • Comprehensive experience identifying and addressing tax and compliance issues and interpreting the laws for senior management
  • Considerable experience creating an environment of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and coach staff including timely written and verbal feedback
  • Thorough knowledge and management in communicating compensation and benefit policies
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in handling employee and company issues in accordance to the company's employee handbook
  • Experience in coordinating and developing training programs to support employee retention and development
  • Excellent change management, leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people with ever-changing employee needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be self-directed and report activities to senior management team
  • SPHR Certification
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) required
